Responsibilities for Office Manager
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Become proficient in dispatching for vehicle and impound and wrecker services. (specialized training provided)
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, process and manage daily certified letters.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Enter and manage accounts payables and receivables.
- Audit daily expense reports for Driver's expenses.
- Prepare weekly payroll reports.
- Run vehicle registrations and titles for vehicle auctions. (specialized training provided)
- Update and maintain property contracts and client parking service needs.
- Support Monitoring Division with follow-up processes.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications for Office Manager * 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and able to multi-task proficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
