Brand Manager (Entry Level) - Tampa, FL
The Entry Level Brand Manager plays an essential part in the success of any business. You will use your creativity and skills to implement marketing and branding strategies that help our client reach their objectives and help take their brands even further.
Entry-Level Brand Manager Responsibilities
- Meet with company executives to determine brand objectives
- Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing and sales strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Present and execute sales and marketing ideas to meet all brand objectives
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns
- Ensure the coordination of the sales team, the development team, and any other involved teams
- Work directly with the sales team, providing support to both the customers and the team during the sales process
- Analyze individual, team and campaign performance
Note: This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Entry-Level Brand Manager Requirements
- Some experience or study in Branding, Management or Marketing is a bonus
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or similar field; MBA preferred but not essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Previous experience managing small teams is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in researching and analyzing data
- Superb organizational and time-management skills
- Product knowledge, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, partnered with a creative mindset
