Brick and Mortar Channel Marketing Specialist
The Maytronics Brick and Mortar Channel Marketing Specialist (CMS) is responsible for driving the continued profitable market share growth through the B&M channel in North America. Our overriding goal is to maximize dealer penetration within the B&M channel. The B&M Channel Marketing Specialist helps implement and develop channel marketing programs to assist with achieving channel sales goals.
In this capacity, Brick and Mortar Channel Marketing Specialist (CMS) is responsible for assisting the B&M Channel Manager with channel programs, being the primary point of contact for all tasks related to B&M programs, analyzing channel marketing efforts and marketing trends to anticipate the needs of our evolving B&M channel strategy. This position will also help develop quality sales enablement materials for all programs and products.
Responsibilities:
· Supporting B&M Program development and management
· Developing positive working relationships with channel partners to generate revenue
· Assisting partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within customer base
· Supporting partner marketing activities including trade shows, online advertising, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awareness.
· Keeping partners up to date with new products and enhancements
· Assisting in preparing marketing collateral and newsletters for partners
· Monitoring and managing expenses within allotted marketing budget, including managing the Purchase Demand Process
· Assisting in continuously improving and optimizing channel marketing programs
· Assisting in the planning and organization of product launch events, sales training, and other marketing events for partners and customers
· Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of channel marketing programs
· Serving as a key contact for all B&M channel related business to maintain profitability, sales growth and customer satisfaction
· Planning and managing the execution of B&M promotions
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree; Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
· 1 to 3 years of marketing experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with creative, sales, events, programs and marketing team members
· Strong analytical skills
· Comfort working with CRM and environments and marketing automation software
· In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts and a willingness to work closely with the sales team to foster sales and marketing alignment.
· A willingness to listen and collaborate
· Able to be flexible and handle multiple projects in an organized and timely manner
· Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast- paced environment
· Able to determine root causes of issues and motivate a solution via direct, indirect and cross-functional team members
· Ability to think creatively and innovatively
· Budget-management skills and proficiency
· Professional judgment and discretion
· Knowledge of MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SalesForce
