Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Strategy Development: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, within regulated manufacturing and life sciences sectors. Develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with industry trends and client needs.
- Industry Expertise and Compliance: Utilize deep understanding of both regulated manufacturing environments and the life sciences sector, including technical requirements, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Client and Candidate Engagement: Foster positive experiences through effective communication, understanding client needs, and aligning with candidates' career goals. Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaboration and Networking: Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to define job requirements and staffing needs. Leverage professional connections and attend industry events to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Metrics, Reporting, and Quality Assurance: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, analyze market conditions, and provide insights for process improvement. Maintain a high level of service quality and candidate fit for clients.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a proven track record in regulated manufacturing industries and/or life sciences recruiting, particularly engineering and medical device manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, technical skills needed in manufacturing environments, and life sciences sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
