We are currently hiring a Desktop Technician to join our IT department. The Desktop Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop users who have issues with accessing the internet and other basic functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Install new equipment and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain PC operating systems.
- Install, configure, and repair PC peripherals and internal components.
- Install and troubleshoot network connections.
- Anticipate problems by reviewing computer history logs.
- Install, maintain, and repair routers.
- Maintain a current knowledge of technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
