Position Summary
The Receptionist will be responsible for the front desk operations as well as participate in projects from the Office Manager. This role is the first point of contact to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phones, screen and forward calls, provide information, and take messages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with reserving conference rooms and preparing materials for trainings.
- Coordinate dinner for accounting staff during busy season.
- Arrange for courier service for package deliveries to clients.
- Distribute packages delivered to office staff.
- Update In and Out Board for Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Boulder and Baltimore offices daily
- Enter monthly postage expenses
- Filing/Scanning of brokerage statements
- Assist with scanning tax related and other documents requested by accounting staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Associates degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years as a receptionist in a professional environment
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must be very organized
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
