Project Admin Job Summary
Our construction firm is looking for the right person to fill the position of Project Administrator. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, motivated, detail-oriented with experience in the construction industry. We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience along with a benefits package.
Project Admin Responsibilities
· Draft and own RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Subcontractor Agreements, and all official project documentation
· Order materials, tools, and equipment for projects
· Manage field employee schedule
· Assist with project preparation and correspondence such as booking hotel rooms and completing project reports
· Assist with general office needs like answering phones and receiving deliveries; creating forms.
Project Admin Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
· Strong phone skills
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Prior experience in a similar role
