The Opportunity: Project Coordinator
MC3 is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team for a full-time opportunity. Within our industry, one of our key differentiators is our proprietary technology platforms; Tabletop® and Virtuoso. These platforms enable our clients to deliver content to participants, enrich initiatives with interactivity, promote peer-to-peer interaction, and capture real-time performance and utilization data. The Project Coordinator is a member of the training team who assists in the coordination, development, and deployment of Tabletop® and Virtuoso.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers manage day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of project deliverables
- Assist in the organization of project-based content
- Input of project-based content via Administrative Site
- Participate in internal project meetings
- Conduct quality assurance review and testing of platform functionality, features, and customization
- Review project deliverables prior to delivery
- Performs reporting as needed; compiles data, conducts analysis, & generates reports
- Liaison with clients over the phone and at onsite meetings, as needed
- Prepares contact reports to summarize discussions and action items in meetings – internal & client meetings
- Understands tasks that comprise a project plan
- Liaison with contract developers to help manage project deliverables
- Complete additional projects/tasks assigned by Project Managers
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time remote or in our West Chester, PA office
- Ability to travel to client meetings (1-7 days at a time)
- Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Asks plenty of questions
- Strong attention to detail when completing tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by coordinating multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately
- High level of motivation, ability to deal with pressure and different personalities
- Ability to adapt and change in a very dynamic environment
- Ability to troubleshoot with client end users
- Ability to take direction from the team and work independently to successfully deliver projects/tasks
- Comfortable in navigating and troubleshooting technology (Web-based, iPad, iPhone, Android)
- Preferably 1 years’ experience coordinating projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and HTML5 is not required but nice to have
