Position Purpose
To collaborate with the Planning and Design team as well as other market sectors and services within the firm to produce high quality designs, due diligence reports, graphics, and materials related to various projects across multiple markets. To provide support to design team, prepare conceptual design, advanced plans, construction documents, and other efforts for a wide variety of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, public, institutional and healthcare.

Essential Functions Responsibilities
- Work with design team to develop concept sketches, site designs, land plans and detailed design for a wide variety of project types, including: Due diligence research, site analysis, GIS mapping, master planning, preparation of planning documents, landscape architecture designs, and preparation of graphics and charts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or related field from an accredited program
- 1-2 years of land planning and or landscape architecture experience
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with project team and manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills
- Strong interest in design of the built environment and placemaking for different land uses
- Be committed to team success as well as personal career growth
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
- AutoCAD, Adobe Suite software and Microsoft Office Suite experience
Preferences
- Experience in the development of project planning documents and or construction documents.
- Working towards obtaining AICP or RLA licensure
