We are looking for an exceptional Area Manager to lead, coach and motivate our Coffee Advisor teams working across retailers in Ireland who represent Nespresso.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our campaign management team at Wave where you will work alongside our key client Nespresso.
We are looking for people like you to come and join us and share your passion for people and customer experiences by sharing your skills through coaching your teams to achieve their campaign KPIs and be the face of our client within the retail environment.
Your working day will be exciting and interactive as you engage with your team within retail, event, and experience outlets. Your team will work across multiple retailers so your ability to manage your time and relationships is important as you will have plenty to do to keep ahead in your role!
You will lead and coach your team, support them with creating awareness in key campaign focus areas whilst build your own network of retailer and event relationships to deliver insight and expertise.
Social media is of course an important part of the role, you will need to manage your teams input as well as individual contributions including highlighting the events and customer experiences your team are delivering.
You will review and manage your teams achievements to the following and more - campaign KPIs including attendance, punctuality, tasting/sales, registration's, mystery shop scoring. You will be driving performance all year round with an eye on key promotional periods.

Requirements
