About your role:
The Employee Experience Specialist will deliver exceptional proactive customer service to our employees and leaders, supporting the employee experience. This Employee Experience Specialist will assist in providing sourcing, screening, and administrative support for our HR department, from job posting to hosting weekly orientations. They are a key team member in the Human Resources department, responsible for providing administrative support to human resources and management as needed

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships across the organization to strengthen HR involvement. Be a role model and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Responsible for all company recruitment efforts, from job posting management to engaging in person and virtual new hire orientations.
- Work with managers across dealership to monitor candidate progress through pre-employment stages.
- Manage I-9 audits and compliance.
- Support HR operations and the implementation and execution of all benefits (health, leaves, wellness, workers compensation.), procedures and communication.
- Creates and performs regular HR dashboards by generating reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, and responds to HR data requests via HRIS/ADP Workforce Now

Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processing, including editing/posting job descriptions and managing candidate flow.
- May develop and maintain relationships with post-secondary partners and coordinate student recruitment initiatives.
- Monitors HR general email daily and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Escalates issues to Management when necessary.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with employee certifications and licenses needed throughout the employee lifecycle.
Types of Experience and Skills Needed to be Successful:
- 1 years of related HR professional experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and evaluate various types of data and information. High degree of accuracy, and attentional detail a must.
- A high degree of organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ADP WorkforceNow a plus.
