About your role:

Join us in the grand opening of our Genesis dealership! This beautiful building will be opening in July, and we are looking for a sales manager to help us hold our newest addition to the standard we are so used to. With several of our dealerships being in the top percentile of performance, we expect our Genesis location to thrive the same. The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the retail sales floor. They are responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization. They will direct and lead teams to ensure that sales, operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics are achieved. They assure customers’ needs are being met and that sales processes are being adhered to.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  • Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
  • Engages in monthly sales forecasting and tracking.
  • Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
  • Tracks incoming sales leads and keeps abreast of an ongoing business to assist customers in a timely fashion better.
  • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
  • Conducts sales training meetings.
  • Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
  • Appraises incoming used vehicles following established standards for appraising trades.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
