General Manager - Restaurant Operations

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of restaurant employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
