Floating Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards. In addition, floating crew members must have flexible availability and be willing to travel and work in multiple McDonald's locations within a certain geographical area.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting and serving customers with a smile
- Taking food orders and/or bagging food orders accurately
- Cash handling
