Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Manager to oversee operations during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles within the hospitality or food service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage overnight operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist with catering and food service management tasks
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle cash transactions and utilize Aloha POS system effectively

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hotel or food service setting
- Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
