Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products and light cleaning duties.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Provide technical sales support for electronic devices
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals
Requirements:
- Multilingual abilities are desirable, especially bilingual proficiency
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and entertain customers
- Phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Sell and serve wine. Scoop and serve ice cream.
- Work weekends and holidays. Daily hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Ability to stand on your feet 8 to 9 hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs.
