Job Summary:
McGrath Fulton CDJR is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Fulton, Missouri. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of technicians and advisors, providing mentorship and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our customers.
- Create and implement service plans and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources and adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze service department performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for increasing service department revenue and profitability.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive service industry.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes, as well as industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software systems, including service management software.
