Position Introduction
This student employment position is within our IT department. Student Employment at MCC requires the following:
- Background Check
- Completion of New Employee Training
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above – if this is your first semester at MCC, the GPA requirement is waived

Provides assistance in the IT department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Gather information and create Help Desk tickets. Assist customers with password resets, Wi-Fi, myMCC, Canvas or other technology assistance
Required Education
High School graduate or equivalent

Excellent English communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish)
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to push or lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit, walk and stand up to 4 hours
