Prior 79R Army Recruiter experience is required.

 

Base pay $71,760K - $92,560k/yr. commensurate $4.22/hr. Health & Wellness.  Sign-On Bonus & Relocation package!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead Refinement Team Lead will be responsible for representing the MCI to internal customers and oversee the day to day activity of the lead refinement team including individual team member performance, process adherence, and quality of work.

  • Oversee a team of Lead Refinement Recruiters responsible for prequalifying candidates for the Army recruiting team.  
  • Onboard and develop Lead Refinement
  • Execute and deliver on talent acquisition recruiting lead generation volume and quality targets
  • Ensure effective recruitment by utilizing, promoting effective candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Manage all metrics used to assess the results of Lead Refinement Recruiters identifying gaps in service, timeliness or quality addressing gaps through training and/or coaching.
  • Maintain close contact with business partners and internal customer to monitor customer satisfaction.  Promote open dialogue and communication to help ensure need are met.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

The Lead Refinement Team Lead should bring a mix of experience and values that will enable them to succeed in a complex, diverse, environment and assist building and maintain best-in-class recruiting lead refinement teams and processes.  The ideal candidate will also bring the following professional experience and skills to the role.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior honorable service as a 79R Station Commander is required to lead the following sections; LRC/BST, GoArmy, and FS. AMEDD and SORB team leads
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in recruiting role
  • Practical experience qualifying to be a subject matter expert (SME) in military recruitment
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20 words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.  Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.  Job offers are contingent on drug screening results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
