Associate Attorney

Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and promising litigation attorneys to join our team and help shape the future of our firm. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of case preparation, research, and legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts and other legal documents on behalf of clients
-Assist senior attorneys in representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
-Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in construction law or representing clients in the construction industry.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Experience in negotiating and litigating cases is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for legal drafting

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
