Position Summary The Sourcing Operations Specialist is responsible for tactical activities across Outside Service Worker (OSW) and Statement of Work (SOW) labor categories including, but not limited to requisition creation, case management, supplier onboarding, and employee screening operations. Key Responsibilities Supports hiring managers with OSW needs and sourcing events by providing a current state assessment, labor market analysis, potential suppliers and related capabilities, any available benchmarking for OSWs Review requisitions submitted in Beeline and assist approved staffing agencies in identifying and onboarding OSWs and SOW labor Drive comparative supplier analysis by utilizing decision matrices and evaluating supplier responses Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis Develop relationships with hiring managers and suppliers to support the customer's OSW needs Key relationships built with Business Services Team, Hiring Managers, Systems Team, Internal S&P stakeholders Achieve spending under management targets Cycle time management for onboarding OSWs and SOW labor Identify and communicate opportunities to streamline Sourcing processes and workload Support Sourcing Leads with communication, coordination and implementation of sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations Deliverables completed on time with accuracy Achieve continuous improvement targets Exceed Internal customer satisfaction targets Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2 years of relevant experience Critical Skills 1 – 3 years of staffing experience Experience using Beeline tool highly desirable Experience applying process improvement methodologies to improve business outcomes Excellent writing and editing skills Strong negotiation skills Organized / Attention to detail Experienced in cross-functional communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills Influence without authority Execution Driven, hard worker with acute attention to detail Strong analytical skills Additional Knowledge & Skills Customer Service Skills Financial Acumen Influencing others to act Market insights Project management Enterprise orientation / global mindset Data-driven insights Customer relationship management Must be authorized to work in the US.
