Position Summary
Under general supervision, plans, implements ePROs (Patient Reported Outcomes) with The US Oncology Network practices, and analyzes adherence and other outcomes data. Responsible for developing or modifying workflow processes which may improve efficiencies in the clinical setting. Works collaboratively with the practice, Transformation Team, Ontada, and Network support to improve practice adoption of the ePRO functionality within iKnowMed and Ontada Health.
Acts as the key liaison between the practice and Ontada through the entire life cycle of the implementation. Responsible for the clear transition of the client from implementation phase to the account management team at the conclusion of the project.
Supports and adheres to the McKesson Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities
- Manages individual customer expectations of implementation, support and drives practice understanding of the project. High degree of understanding of user readiness and process design and redesign needed to ensure successful implementation of ePROs.
- Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the implementation and serves as a key contact between the practice, The Network, and Ontada.
- Direct and assist with detailed analysis of the clinical and operational workflow of the practice. Expected to highlight any issues/red flags with project and escalate as appropriate to ensure the project is completed on time.
- Able to work with clinical staff including the MD, RN, APP, and practice administrators to customize a training plan for ePROs.
- Understanding of technical components of implementation including interfaces, network, and hardware to support practice understanding of the technical requirements.
- Knowledgeable of billing requirements for applicable programs such as CCM/PCM/PIN/CHI and assists practices to improve workflows for documentation and billing
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 year degree in Nursing, Business, Informatics or equivalent
Critical Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in healthcare
- 1-2 years Oncology experience
- 1-3 years experience in implementing healthcare information systems
Additional Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication with peers and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills, promote guidelines/standards, establish oversight controls, facilitate solution design review among cross-functional stakeholder groups, and surface key requirements.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with demanding or competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and others
- Smartsheet proficient
- Advanced skill with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationship in a team environment
