We are seeking a Sales Program Marketing Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. The Sales Programs Marketing Manager leads cross functional coordination of our sales incentive program. Ensuring alignment of priorities across our supplier partners, category partners and sales teams.
Position Description
- Lead cross functional discovery to identify business priorities and alignment with key healthcare suppliers for the purposes of developing supporting rep materials, communications and engagement tactics.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborative processes with internal stakeholders (Supplier Marketing, Category Management, sales teams)
- Coordinate and build creative needs to present data/metrics, Program imperatives, etc.... to our key stakeholders
- Facilitate Drive Program training logistics, Q&A support, follow-up communications, etc...
- Manage sales team facing content in our sales program platform
- Lead cross functional collaboration of sales sprints specific to our sales incentive program
- Explore new modalities and opportunities to communicate with sales teams and external stakeholders
- Develop and present materials that shares the value of the program and results of the program in an effective and compelling way with our internal and external program partners.
- Partner with sales program team and internal stakeholders to develop a plan annually to evolve the program for the benefit of the participating suppliers, sales teams and McKesson Medical-Surgical business.
- Develop clear and effective materials to market the annual program relaunch to internal partners, sales teams and suppliers.
- Foster strategic and engaging team culture, open to new ideas that challenge the status quo
- Create a customer first, caring and FUN atmosphere in ever interaction with our sales teams, suppliers and internal partners.
Minimum Requirements
4 years relevant experience
Critical Skills
- Project coordination or project management experience.
- Experience succeeding in a matrix organization.
- Deadline-driven task management experience with proven success managing a high volume of tasks. Ability to manage various tasks with different timelines.
- MS Office experience, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

- Customer-first attitude
- Ability to digest strategy & turn into a cohesive multi-channel marketing plan
- Creative problem solving; Innovative thinking - not afraid to try new things and learn from the experience
- Polished & professional communication with excellent collaboration

- Marketing experience with creative design/Adobe suite experience
- Experience with Marketo or other communication platforms.
- Sales team or sales support experience is a preference.
- Experience supporting external suppliers or partners is a preference.
