We’re looking for an experienced project management professional to provide support for our high-profile team. This position will help facilitate better processes, represent the point of view of the account management team across business units, work to improve processes, and assist pharma account leadership with team organizational duties.

This position requires 70% travel and candidate must have industrial engineering experience.
What You’ll Do
Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities and that includes:
- Provide administrative and organizational support for business unit-wide related functions. Assist with planning and execution of all staff functions (e.g., Monthly business unit meetings, multi-team conferences, cross-functional team updates) including driving accountability for the completion of action items that derive therefrom.
- Obtain and maintain subject matter expert status on primary tools utilized to streamline workflows and optimization (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, Trello), keeping informed of system features and updates, maintaining business unit footprint, and recommending changes as applicable.
- Manage centralized repository of processes and identify possible areas of process and workflow improvements and propose thoughtful solutions. Work with the Director of Account Management and cross-functional teams to support analyses and lead special projects to drive innovation and growth.
- Serve as LMS expert regarding system functionality, business processes, reporting and material audits.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to review the effectiveness of training programs and solicit information to identify future training needs and performance.
About You
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and accountable with ability to work independently with direction. We believe success in this position requires a healthy mix of left-brain (detail-oriented and analytical) and right-brain (charismatic and collaborative).
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience; or healthcare knowledge a plus
- Able to understand complex processes
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to see projects through to completion
- Excellent communication including verbal and visual presentation skills
- Organized and collaborative

Our Base Pay Range for this position
