- Assist in planning and executing events, including managing budgets, contracts, and ticketing.
- Manage email inboxes for member inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Moderate and host virtual events, typically in the evenings, handling audience chats and troubleshooting.
- Create and manage event details in CVENT to support planning.
- Coordinate multiple events or projects, ensuring smooth integration with overall department goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in event planning or project management.
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., CVENT) and virtual platforms.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings for virtual events.
