McLarty Daniel is hiring one enthusiastic person into our tight-knit service call center! Don't settle being just another employee number in a warehouse of a call center -- our small department is located out of our beautiful Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership in Bentonville. We want to know who you are AND provide a work experience with a window! With actual sunlight! (We're joking, but not really.)

The ideal person for this position is unafraid of speaking to customers on the phone, and knows or is willing to be trained to help customers with appointment needs, questions, and concerns. There is a degree of technical knowledge required, but don't worry: you can learn on the job. This is a heavy inbound call volume, so someone who can stay cool and juggle a line or two is greatly appreciated.

During calls with our customers, you would need to gather customer information accurately, ask questions involving vehicle service history to identify additional services that may need to be performed, and to -- in general -- facilitate world-class communication for our customers.

This position is compensated with an hourly base plus bonus. Our average hourly rate, after factoring in bonuses, is $16.75!

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating/coordinating with customers and co-workers through various channels
  • Mastering systems used and product knowledge
  • Schedule appointments within the availabilities and capacities of the scheduling system.
  • Verifying and recording accurate customer information.
  • Maintaining department/individual goals set in regards to inbound/outbound calls, showed appointments, cost/appt. and show rate percentage.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
