Job Description

Growing Naples law firm, McLaughlin & Stern, PLLC, has an immediate need for a full-time paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The firm specializes in litigation, family law, real estate, and estate planning. Experience in any of these areas of practice will be considered.

Salary Is Commensurate With Experience.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents and other correspondence
• E-filing pleadings with the court, submitting proposed orders, service of documents
• Maintain attorney calendars and case files; Scheduling appointments, court appearances, and mediation/depositions and hearings
• Preparing trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings
• Preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and production requests
• Assisting in the drafting of estate planning documents
• Assisting with real estate closings
• And other administrative tasks as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
