Job Description

A Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for building relationships with our trade partners to ensure smooth and seamless integration of our teams throughout the life of a construction project.  You will be assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with various administrative type tasks necessary in the construction process.  This includes the initial setup of projects in our systems, processing subcontracts and purchase orders, collecting and tracking invoices, compiling owner billings, and completing project closeout.  

Qualifications

• Great communicator.
• Self-motivated and able to manage and execute time-sensitive tasks with little supervision.
• Detail oriented.
• Exceptional computer skills.
• Experience working with and tracking budgets.
• Team Player.
  
• Not required, but helpful:
  • Construction background.
    
  • Experience with Procore.
  • General knowledge of the contracting process.

• The Project Coordinator is part of a multi-member team that operates in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• This position is located in Topeka, Kansas.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
