- SkyPark is our Secure Technology Logistics Center
- Link59 is our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Midtown
- STAD is our Secure Technology Asset Disposition facility in Old Brooklyn
- Additional sales, configuration, and asset disposition operations located in Grand Rapids, MI, and Erie, PA

- Ability to support customers and employees through phone and deskside support
- Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk tickets and follow an escalation process if necessary
- Familiarity and ability to to provide PC support
- Must commit to a rotating on-call schedule providing 24x7 support
- Regular travel 20-30% to regional offices in Columbus or Cleveland, OH but primarily working out of the Akron location or in a home office
- High involvement in IT projects as directed by the IT Manager
- Possess an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years IT experience
- Experience in both in-person and virtual IT support
- Knowledge using and troubleshooting printers, copying machine, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, IPhones, Samsungs, and ticketing systems
- Excellent face-to-face and over-the-phone communication skills
- Commitment to quality customer service
- Must be able to life and move PC equipment
