Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. MUST have previous experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and content creation
- Maintain and update company website using WordPress or other content management systems
- Coordinate print advertising campaigns, including designing and proofreading materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Experience with various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
