Maintenance Specialist

Overview

1ST SHIFT POSITION:  MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY - 5 AM TO 3 PM.

STARTING RATE OF PAY: $29.95.

HEALTH INSURANCE AFTER 60 DAYS.

$3,000 DOLLAR SIGN ON BONUS IF QUALIFIED AT MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST LEVEL BY 180 DAYS.

Clow Valve Maintenance Specialists are responsible for a variety of maintenance related tasks. Responsibilities include performing quality work in a timely, safe, neat and orderly manner. Must be able to work effectively with other personnel and independently with minimal supervision. Be able to perform routine lubrication requirements on machines and equipment, as well as the ability to recognize and report obvious need for machine and equipment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the successful candidate for the Maintenance Specialist Position will include but are not limited too:

-Be able to read blueprints, drawings, diagrams, etc. as required to perform Maintenance Specialist work.

-Be able to trouble shoot, repair and adjust computer numerical controls.

-Be able to operate standard CNC machines and equipment as required for trouble shooting, adjustments and repair.

-Be able to trouble shoot, adjust or repair CNC machines or CNC equipment mechanical malfunctions.

-Be able to trouble shoot, adjust, repair or install any pneumatic equipment.

-Be able to trouble shoot, adjust, repair or install any hydraulic equipment.

-Be able to trouble shoot, repair, adjust and install 440 volt or less electrical equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code Requirements.

-Must be able to complete the required TPC courses in the time frame given per supervisor.

Qualifications

Qualificiations of the successful candidate for the Maintenance Specialist position will include but not limited too:

-Must have at least 5-6 years of verifiable industrial manufacturing mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience. Tech degree is a strong plus. -Must be able to work on ladders and scaffolds.-Ability to wear applicable PPE including: safety glasses, metatarsal guarded boots, hearing protection, respirators, welding mask, etc. -Ability to recognize and utilize all basic and portable power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.-Post offer drug screen, physical, and background check are required.-Upon hire applicant will be required to test and verify qualifications within 90 days of hire.
