REQUIRED:
- Construction 5-10 years of experience
- Ability to read project diagrams
- Able to lead and oversee multiple team members and projects
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to professionally represent the company well to clients
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel the gulf coast
- Unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
- Able to crawl and work under houses/confined spaces
- Must be able to lift 80lbs or more
PREFERRED:
- Previous residential construction experience
- Understanding of load bearing in building construction
- Previous team leadership experience a plus
- Ability to work overtime if needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Earn as much as $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year with overtime and bonuses
