Small Format Site Manager oversees and manages all operations in the print shop, including all print and fulfillment of orders, customer billing, budget management and P&L support. Responsible for implementing and improving processes that help increase success rates and maintain acceptable profitability levels. This role is an onsite position. Needs to be able to flex into both developing growth plans and rolling up sleeves to get work done, approaching work with a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Manages the end-to-end production flow for the small format print shop
Coordinates the scheduling of projects to be printed, processed, and delivered to meet the desired deadlines.
Develops a yearly budget and manages expeces on a monthly basis
Ensures accurate customer billing and payment of all invoices
Schedules the maintenance of all equipment in the department to ensure maximum productivity
Monitors and maintains inventory levels of all supplies to ensure a smooth flow in the printing operation and controls cost.
Interacts with customers and ensures timely communinications to deliver on customer expectations
Manages scheduling and production caledar for time the print shop and mail room staff
Communicates with internal and external partners and team on project updates
Conducts internal training and ongoing development with the team for success
Assists team in all areas of the print shop as needed
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
Perform additional tasks as needed in support of the team
Qualifications

Self-Starter who can lead the team with minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships. fosters team collaboration
Comfortable presenting ideas and able to manage professional critique
Ability to operate a various equipment throughout production when needed
Guide the customer by advising best practices to meet their goals
Confidence to work with multiple areas with the organization to deliver pros from concept to completion
Ability to work on multiple projects at ay time while balancing workload between others.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working in a print shop environment for at least 2 years
Prior people management experience
Proficency with Microsoft Suite of products and managing software programs on complex printers
Demensions:
Supervises a team of individuals, including mail room staff
Leadership experience with an incredibile ability to function under stressful circumstances
Customer service experience preferrred with the abillity to multi-task while remaining focuses on the vision
