We have offices around the world and are growing our NYC presence now. Due to our continued growth, we are currently hiring for an Ad Operations Associate to join our team.
The mission of the ad operations associate is to support the sale and optimal delivery of online advertising. This individual will use multiple systems to review, approve, test and manage the digital advertisement the client wants to run for a given period of time on a specific placement.
Duties include:
- Create orders and traffic online advertising campaigns using Operative One, OAS and AppNexus
- Advise/consult with media team regarding advertising technologies, tracking performance and campaign performance
- Thoroughly test all Ads before they launch.
- Work with 3rd party ad companies such as DFA, Atlas, as well as fourth-party vendors such as: IAS, DV, ComScore, Moat.
- Proactive daily analysis of first and third-party ad delivery
- Process creative, copy and ad tag changes
- Investigate technical issues with third-party platforms and internal systems and provide resolutions to these issues
- Work closely with internal teams regarding any issues that arise, including billing errors, IO changes and creative optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 1+ years of online advertising experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ad-serving technologies such as OAS, AppNexus and DoubleClick required
- Experience with Operative One, RTB, and Header Bidding, a huge Plus
- Fluency with MS Office
- Strict attention to detail and organizational skills critical
- Experience working with creative teams to optimize new creative solutions in-line with business objectives
- Strong general marketing skills to drive desired consumer response
- Strong communication skills
- Results-driven professional with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics
