Required Work Experience
Experience in Printing and Copying is not necessary but is definitely appreciated. We will train extensively. Customer service experience is a must.
Manager Duties
1) Managers must be capable of performing all duties associated with the running of the location. These duties range from taking orders, production, customer service, and deliveries. Managers must perform or delegate these responsibilities but are ultimately responsible for their completion. *Delivering jobs to customers is a way to occasionally meet with larger customers to pitch new ideas and products.
2) Location must be Open and Closed on time 8am‐5pm, Monday Thru Friday. Daily Production Meeting with all staff is required every day. If closed for holidays we must have proper signage up 1 week prior to closing. This duty must be effectively delegated or performed.
3) Manager is responsible for making sure employees are on task and working efficiently. Please make upper management aware if any employee has a bad attitude
4) Daily Duties of General manager a. Working with All Customers and Answering the phones by 3rd ring or sooner. b. Upselling products to house accounts C. Calling on House Accounts and Counter Customers to appeal for new orders. Making follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. d. Developing designs with our graphics team. e. Acquiring approvals on jobs in writing. f. Managing Jobs through production process g. Outsourcing jobs when applicable h. ensuring quality and due dates. i. Tracking Daily Sales of the location j. Ensure proper Signage is displayed and Location is Clean/ Organized
5) Keeping customers up to date on any challenges or changes with their jobs.
6) Making Sure the location is kept clean and presentable daily. Employees usually need reminders to clean up after themselves.
7) Performing twice Weekly (Monday & Friday) Financial reports that will need to be given to accounting department. This Includes: A) Performing a Register Z‐Out B) Matching Checks, Charges, and Cash intake to the Z Out C) Fill Out a Financial form with this info to balance the overall Intake. D) Send any Checks, cash, Paid Out Receipts, and tickets that need to be Invoiced (We will train you on this, it’s easy)
8) Ordering all materials for internal use, as well as for job production.
9) Manager is responsible for being fully trained on ALL equipment that exists at the location (Digital Presses, Finishing equipment, relevant software, and Guillotine cutter)
10) The growth of counter business is the responsibility of the General Manager. Sending out Mailings, mass emails, and signs on the street pushing monthly promotions and calling all house accounts on the phone.
11) Managers must always take the success of their location personally and strive to increase sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
