Overview

Come join MDVIP, a national employer in the healthcare space, as a Healthcare Sales Representative to sell this innovative program to the existing patients of a physician who is transitioning the practice to the MDVIP primary care model. The successful candidate is one who can take initiative and confidently direct patient interactions. Primary responsibility includes meeting with patients, both onsite at the doctor’s office or by direct contact, to ensure each patient has a full understanding of how the personalized healthcare program works using a persuasive style, tailored to their individual needs.

 

The position is a temporary position lasting approximately 14 - 16 weeks during the launch and works from the transitioning physician’s office, based on their specific hours. In addition, attending scheduled work-related evening or weekend events during the launch is needed. A commitment to fulfill the temporary assignment is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting daily with scheduled patients to explain and answer questions
  • Enrolling patients and providing doctor with daily updates on progress and sales activity
  • Serving as a liaison between the doctor’s staff and the corporate office
  • Participating in staff training sessions and scheduled patient events

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Knowledge:

Associate degree from two-year College or university and five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years of related experience equals one year of schooling. Preferable work experience includes pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, clinical work, customer service, or other sales experience.

  • Must have intermediate or higher Microsoft Office Suite skills and data entry in a CRM database.

Physician Office based role:  Employee is expected to work from the physician’s office, unless directed otherwise.
