We’re looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-centric problem solver. You'll be working directly with MealPal customers to make sure they have a seamless experience. As a Customer Support Pal, you will be responsible for responding to customer emails and handling various operational tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with our customers in a timely manner with high quality messages. This role will handle a high volume of email support on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot and find smart solutions to any issues
- Identify new ways to enhance the customer experience, as well as to streamline operational tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of operations, marketing, or customer service experience
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional written skills and high EQ
