Responsibilities and duties:
· Work closely with the Sales team , Engineering team and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
· Aggressively generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from corporate customers to meet or exceed annual quota
· Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation
· Be knowledgeable about the power industry, applications and products.
· Identify prospective customers for power solutions business and standard MEAN WELL power solutions products , focusing on telecom, energy, automation and robotic industries . provide quotations, terms and prepare sales agreements
· Developing and increasing the growth of business with new and existing customers.
· Collaborate with MEAN WELL USA sales colleagues to identify power solutions opportunities and design in key account projects
· Handling sales and service phone calls supporting current customers to solicit orders in an assigned territory
· Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university
· A minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise level B2B sales and account management
· Excellent working knowledge of MS word and power point
· Dynamic, motivated, driven, professional and detailed-oriented
· Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
· Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
· Ability to communicate clearly and positively to customers as well as internal team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
