MEB is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain our Apartment Communities.

You Have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities
- Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience
- Pools and Spa experience
- Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service
- HVAC Certification preferred
