Shop/Warehouse Manager

Mechanical Optimizers of Cincinnati is a local commercial HVAC company seeking a motivated individual to join our team!

We are accepting applications for a Shop/Warehouse Manager as our offices in the warehouse are being built.  The position may be available starting the second week of August!

We are currently seeking a Shop/Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse.
• Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical knowledge capabilities.
• Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry and best practices for the warehouse.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
• Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time and carry loads up to 80 pounds.
• Manages company fleet of vehicles.
• Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenances/safety recalls.
• Responsible for organizing, receiving and processing deliveries according to purchase orders.  
• Identifying and handling any missing, lost or damaged deliveries.
• Delivery materials to job sites.
• Ability to drive 24' stake bed vehicle.
• Knowledge of operating a forklift safely (or we can train).
• Ability to work independently and safely.

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
