About The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including hiring manager intake meetings, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage the HRIS (Paycor) as the SME and provide user support and training to end users to maximize system utilization plus, maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS system.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay current with changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with other departments (Finance, IT etc.) to ensure employment processes are clear and efficient and key people are informed about employment changes.
- Support and guide managers and employees in managing disagreements, disputes, or employee relations matters in partnership with HR Manager.
- Assist with performance management bi-annual process.
- Lead special projects and complete additional assignments to support the business and the team.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years strong recruiting experience
- Proven experience in performing data changes in and managing an HRIS system
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Paycor (HRIS) experience strongly preferred
- Team player
- Proficient and clear communicator – can translate complex topics into simplified direction
- Process oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Quality focused with attention to detail
- Experience in facilitating training preferred
