Job Description:
· Organizing the office layout
· Organize office operations and procedures
· Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
· Overseeing administrative staff members
· Receiving and directing visitors
· Creating ID Cards for employees
· Taking Inventory of all office supplies
· Ordering supplies
· Organizing packages for new and current providers
· Creating labels and scheduling package pickups with UPS, FEDEX, etc.
Qualifications:
· Detail Oriented, Great Team Player
· Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
· Ability to network and communicate effectively to establish and maintain support.
· Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
· Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
