SUMMARY
Monitor and assess the nutritional status of patients as it relates to disease state including patients on enteral and parenteral nutrition. Counsel and instruct patients according to prescribed diet. Adapt to standard diets to individual physical, cultural and socioeconomic conditions and religious preferences.
