Position: Project Management Coordinator
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 3-month contract w/ opportunity of extension
Location: Remote w/ up to 25% travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Assist the ERP Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project phases.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and action items.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Track project expenditures and assist in budget management.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify and document project risks and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance:
- Support quality assurance activities, ensuring project deliverables meet the established standards.
- Assist in conducting testing and validation of ERP system components.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT staff, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and gather feedback to inform project decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the healthcare industry is a must.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and transformation projects is a must.
- Oracle Cloud implementation experience a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
