Position Title: Patient Access Specialist
Location:
3 sites in Portland
Job is the same at every site, but clinical teams vary from site-to-site
Hours:
- 12 hours night shift (2 larger facilities, 3rd smaller facility)
- 24/7 throughout the week, every day of the week
On calls -- across all Portland area
Schedule is posted 2-3 weeks ahead of time (15th of prior month)
Equipment: on-site
Contract Length: 6 month contract-to-hire (temp to perm)
Start Date: ASAP
Skill Set:
- Patient Access background
- Registration within ED & Surgery, outpatient diagnostic sites, main admitting
- Customer service
- Adaptable, calm, etc.
Training/Metrics:
- 30, 60, 90 day conversations for training
- A Mentor program
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
