Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse - Unit Manager with an ability to remain calm under pressure. Unit managers are healthcare professionals who supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within their assigned unit, hospital wing or floor.
They may manage registered nurses, certified nursing assistants and licensed practical nurses, as well as medical administrative personnel.

Shift Timing: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Hours per day: 8

Local Pay: $62 per hour on W2

Travel Pay: $70 per hour blended

14 Weeks Contract with possible Extension

Hours: 40 hours per week guarantee

Note: Travel should be 50 miles away from the facility.

Certificate - RN state License
Experience Required - 1 yr RN
AHA - BLS - Required

Duties:

• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Administering non-intravenous medications.
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.

Salary: $62.00 - $70.00 per hour
