Join our growing team! Our company provides high quality imaging for over 35 years across South Florida. We’re currently searching for a full-time Call Center Representative.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
-Have great customer service skills, including the ability to assist patients thoroughly and effectively.
-Have excellent communications skills.
-Bilingual (English and Spanish).
-Have a keen attention to detail.
-Have a “can do” attitude with great interpersonal skills!
Requirements:
-Must have GED or High School Diploma and pass a pre-employment background screening.
-Proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
-Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
-Listen carefully to the orders provided by patients or doctor’s offices to provide the most accurate scheduling possible.
-Answer appropriate questions and inquires, troubleshoot problems and direct callers to the designated department.
-Must have computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
-One year of prior work or professional experience.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
