Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction

· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Address customer questions, concerns, and requests with empathy and efficiency.

· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

· Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Collaboration

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.

· Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems.

Documentation and Reporting

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

· Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels.

QualificationsExperience

· At least 2 years of experience in an office environment (highly preferred).

· Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Communication Skills

· Clear and effective oral communication skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
