Collaboration
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
· Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems.
Documentation and Reporting
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

QualificationsExperience
· At least 2 years of experience in an office environment (highly preferred).
