ETL Data Architect

Description

The ETL/DW developer will be responsible for the data ingestion/integration ETL processes that supports various MedEvolve product & data solutions, and the data warehousing with key subject areas. Role involves good knowledge/experience working with RCM data and should be able to perform gap analysis on new businesses on various practice management systems. They will need to be able to read, analyze, and digest what MedEvolve wants to accomplish with its data, and design the best possible processes around those goals. They will continue to optimize all parts of the multiple ETL processes, identify issues and finding resolutions to them. They will regularly report on the health and performance of the data environment. They will also work with Development team on other database, files and analytics related projects. They will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting production jobs.

Qualifications

• Must have technical experience in ETL processing with Visual Studio, database design, and data warehousing. Also need to have experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and creating DTSX packages as part of the ETL process.
• Must have experience & good knowledge of the best DW implementation practices, terminologies and all loading mechanisms.
• Must have strong TSQL background.
• Must have experience with auditing and data validation with Incremental ETL process in place.
• Must have experience with troubleshooting the performance related issues and implementing all the best coding practices while developing solutions using SSIS, TSQL and ADF data tools.
• Must be able to write and maintain the technical documentation surrounding the entire ETL process.
• Must have experience with planned production deployments and follow change control policies.
• Also be skilled in software development life cycle. Must have ability to learn-on-the-fly. Must have ability to work on multiple projects at one time and still meet desired deadlines and still meet company and departmental goals.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle, medical billing, analytic solutions, or electronic medical records is a plus. Must be organized, task oriented, communicate clearly, have ability to work in a team environment or on individual tasks, and have good analytical skills.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of Azure ecosystem and Data factory is a Plus.

Technical Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with SSIS and ETL processes and products
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Must have Microsoft Visual Studio experience & Source code control
• Must be very knowledgeable with the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack
• Must be good with SQL database object like Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views etc.
• Must be good with TSQL and have knowledge of SQL DMVs for Performance tuning

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
