We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional that will support the strategic and operational needs of our employee experience program. As a consultant, you will be a critical member of project workstreams and support client managements and solution implementation. This includes conducting strategy sessions with senior-level clients, developing work products for senior-level executive clients, preparing, and communicating well-organized, effective presentations to client and external executives, and supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client. The ideal candidate can use data to inform strategy, problem-solve and make decisions; demonstrates creative thinking skills and individual initiative; and possesses an innovative mindset and intellectual curiosity regarding organizational development
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research new and best-in-class theories, practices, and processes that support employee experience initiatives.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, problem-solve, and support decision-making.
- Communicate strategies and solutions to clients through comprehensive reports and compelling presentations.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, including planning and facilitating client meetings.
- Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Drawing on our team’s solutions and delivery expertise, develop strategies to meet specific client needs, manage work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budget.
- Collaborate with team leadership keeping them abreast of project progress and important developments.
- Partner with stakeholders and project team to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner including articulation of complex issues, structuring clear and concise recommendations to senior executives
- Contribute to positive team culture and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year experience leading project work, including client interactions and managing project timelines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio)
- Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Superior aptitude for analysis, including quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an organization
- Understanding of federal acquisition is preferred
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment.
If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Salary : $64,200 - $81,200
